🔐 MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY
🍁 Quebec Residents — 24 Months (2 Years)
As a company incorporated in Quebec, FlexiGet™ offers its Quebec customers a comprehensive 24-month manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase.
🇨🇦🇺🇸 Rest of Canada and United States — 12 Months (1 Year)
Everywhere else in Canada and the United States, your FlexiGet Pro is covered by a comprehensive 12-month manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase.
What the warranty covers:
- Manufacturing or material defects
- Battery issues (capacity below 70% under normal conditions)
- Electronic or mechanical malfunctions
- Issues with the automatic heating system
- Defective parts included in the box (filter, filter holder, adapter)
What the warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by improper use or an accident
- Normal wear and tear of seals and filters
- Damage caused by limescale (use filtered water)
- Intentional damage or unauthorized modifications
How to make a warranty claim?
Contact our team at info@flexiget.com with:
① Your order number
② A description of the problem
③ A photo or video if possible
We will respond within 24-48 hours (business days) and will cover the repair, replacement, or refund depending on the situation and your province of residence.
ℹ️ YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS
Regardless of the length of our manufacturer's warranty, provincial and federal consumer protection laws—notably Quebec's Consumer Protection Act—give you additional rights, including a legal guarantee of reasonable durability suited to the price paid and normal use of the product. These legal rights are in addition to our manufacturer's warranty and can never be reduced by it.
🔧 AVAILABILITY OF SPARE PARTS AND REPAIR SERVICES
In accordance with Bill 29 (the Act protecting consumers against planned obsolescence), FlexiGet™ discloses the following:
We guarantee the availability of the following spare parts—filters, filter holder, NS capsule adapter, seals—for a period of 2 years following the date of purchase. These parts are available directly via info@flexiget.com.
↩️ RETURN POLICY — 14 DAYS
You have 14 days following receipt to return your FlexiGet Pro.
If the machine is defective:
No charge. We will cover the return shipping costs and refund or replace the machine for you, depending on the situation (see "Manufacturer's Warranty" above).
If the machine works (change of mind or results different from your expectations):
- New, unused machine in its original packaging: 15% of the machine's price will be withheld for processing and inspection fees.
- Used machine: 30% of the machine's price will be withheld, as a used machine can no longer be resold as new.
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
- The remainder is refunded within 3 to 5 business days after receipt and inspection.
Return conditions:
- The machine must be in generally good condition
- The original packaging must be present (or equivalent)
- All provided accessories must be included
- A damaged or incomplete machine may result in an additional withholding
Return process:
① Contact us at info@flexiget.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
② We will confirm the return address and instructions within 24 hours.
③ Ship the machine—return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the product is defective.
④ Refund—processed within 3-5 business days after receipt and inspection.
After 14 days, returns are no longer accepted, except for a defect covered by the warranty.
