🔐 MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY
🍁 Quebec Residents — 24 months (2 years)
As a company incorporated in Quebec, FlexiGet™ offers its Quebec customers a full 24-month manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase.
🇨🇦🇺🇸 Rest of Canada and United States — 12 months (1 year)
Elsewhere in Canada and the United States, your FlexiGet Pro is covered by a full 12-month manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase.
What the warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects or material flaws
- Battery issues (capacity below 70% under normal conditions)
- Electronic or mechanical malfunctions
- Problems with the automatic heating system
- Defective parts included in the box (filter, filter holder, adapter)
What the warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by improper use or accident
- Normal wear and tear of seals and filters
- Damage caused by limescale (use filtered water)
- Intentional damage or unauthorized modifications
How to make a warranty claim?
Contact our team at info@flexiget.com with:
① Your order number
② A description of the problem
③ A photo or video if possible
We will respond within 24-48 hours (business days) and will handle the repair, replacement, or refund depending on the situation and your province of residence.
ℹ️ YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS
Regardless of the duration of our manufacturer's warranty, provincial and federal consumer protection laws — particularly Quebec's Consumer Protection Act — give you additional rights, including a legal warranty of reasonable duration adapted to the price paid and the normal use of the product. These legal rights are in addition to our manufacturer's warranty and can never be reduced by it.
🔧 AVAILABILITY OF REPLACEMENT PARTS AND REPAIR SERVICES
In accordance with Bill 29 (An Act to protect consumers from planned obsolescence), FlexiGet™ discloses the following:
We guarantee the availability of the following replacement parts — filters, filter holder, NS capsule adapter, seals — for a period of 2 years following the date of purchase. These parts are available directly via info@flexiget.com.
↩️ RETURN POLICY — 14 DAYS
If you are not satisfied with your FlexiGet Pro, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a full refund.
Return conditions:
- The machine must be in good overall condition
- The original packaging must be present (or equivalent)
- All supplied accessories must be included
Return process:
① Contact us at info@flexiget.com with your order number and reason for return.
② We will confirm the return address and instructions within 24 hours.
③ Ship the machine — return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the product is defective.
④ Refund — processed within 3-5 business days after receipt.
