Shipping policy
1. Free Shipping Areas
We offer free shipping on all orders shipped to Quebec and Ontario. For other provinces, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.
2. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped.
3. Shipping Areas
We currently ship across Canada. If you are located outside of Canada, please contact us to discuss possible delivery options.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can track your delivery directly via the carrier’s website.
5. Delivery Issues

6. Incorrect Address
It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned to our warehouse, reshipping fees may apply.
7. Unclaimed Deliveries
If a parcel is not claimed and returned to our warehouse, we will contact you to arrange a new shipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
